Ender ÇOLAK

Ender Colak currently serves as the CEO of İGDAŞ | İstanbul Gaz Dağıtım Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. since August 2024 and is an Independent Board Member at BAGFAŞ Bandırma Gübre Fabrikaları A.Ş. since April 2024. Previously, Ender Colak was the CEO of Baymak / BDR Thermea Group from August 2011 to July 2023 and held the position of Vice President at Anel Group from October 2008 to July 2011, focusing on Finance and Renewable Energy & Recycling. Earlier experience includes serving as Vice Chairman at the Capital Markets Board of Turkey from January 2007 to September 2008 and positions at the Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu from 1989 to 2007, including Head of Department for Corporate Finance. Ender Colak also contributed as a Member of the Board of Directors for the Turkish Catastrophe Insurance Pool and participated in OECD committees on corporate governance. Educational qualifications include a Master of International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor's degree in Political Sciences from Ankara University.
