Kathryn Allyn

Kathryn Allyn is an experienced paralegal specializing in commercial lending and financial services, currently providing support at Chapman and Cutler LLP since March 2023. With a solid background in fund finance and syndicated lending from Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP, Kathryn has also held legal assistant roles at Blank Rome LLP and Herrick, Feinstein LLP, where responsibilities included transaction coordination and support for corporate and real estate practices. In addition to legal work, Kathryn is a jazz vocalist, performing bi-monthly with NYC bandleader Frank Ponzio since 2013. Academically, Kathryn holds a Master of Music in History/Applied Voice from Wichita State University and a Bachelor of Music in Applied Voice from The University of Kansas.
