Kayla York is a member of the 2021 Finance Law Development Analyst class of Chapman’s Finance Law Development Program. As a Finance Law Development Analyst, Kayla assists the firm’s attorneys and professional staff in a wide range of projects, including market research, knowledge management and assistance with closings and deal documentation. Kayla is a 2021 graduate of Howard University, where she majored in Political Science and Economics.
