Maria Rutmann

Maria Rutmann is a funds coordinator in the Corporate and Securities Department. Maria's experience includes work in the corporate and securities area with an emphasis on investment companies, including open-end funds, exchange-traded funds and private investment companies.

Maria previously served as Second Vice President of a large investment company, where she focused on investment company issues with an emphasis of regulatory filings for open-end funds, as well as organizing board of trustees meetings. Before joining Chapman and Cutler, Maria worked in Caracas, Venezuela as a corporate attorney at Novopayment, a technology services company providing prepaid/stored value services.
