Brenda Rushforth

Brenda Rushforth, SPHR, PHRca, SHRM-SCP, currently holds the position of Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer at Chapman University since December 2023. Prior to this role, Brenda served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Pomona College from July 2007 to December 2023. With a wealth of experience in various HR roles in different organizations, Brenda has demonstrated their expertise and leadership in the field. Brenda's educational background includes a B.S. in Administrative Management from Brigham Young University and additional studies at UCLA.
