Marie-Gabrielle Brooks

Marie-Gabrielle Brooks has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Marie-Gabrielle is currently the Director of Operations & Finance at Chapman University, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at California State University, Northridge from 2014 to 2022, serving as the Interim Executive Director of Business Operations & Finance and later as the Director of Finance. Before joining the education sector, Marie-Gabrielle held the position of Responsable Formation at FONCIA from 2009 to 2013 and Responsable gestion de la Formation at Metro Cash and Carry from 2004 to 2008. Marie-Gabrielle began their career as a Senior Tax Accountant at Grant Thornton LLP from 2001 to 2004. In addition, they have experience as a Customer Service Representative at Diamond Comic Distributors from 1997 to 1999 and as an Assistant Manager at Coach from 1990 to 1996.

Marie-Gabrielle Brooks began their education at Catonsville Community College from 1997 to 1999, where they earned an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration. Marie-Gabrielle then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Baltimore, completing their studies from 1999 to 2001. Following this, they went on to earn an MBA from the University of Baltimore in 2001-2002.
