Reg Stewart

Reg Stewart, Ph.D., currently serves as the Vice President at Chapman University, a role assumed in July 2021, after previously being the inaugural Vice President for Diversity and Inclusion at Iowa State University from 2015 to July 2021. Before that, Reg Stewart held the position of Chief Diversity Officer at the University of Nevada, Reno, where responsibilities included collaborating with various university units to advance the diversity mission. Additionally, Reg Stewart has served as an adjunct professor, teaching courses on diversity leadership, educational philosophy, and multicultural counseling. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Leadership from the University of Nevada, Reno, an Executive Certificate in Public Leadership from Harvard Kennedy School, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from San Francisco State University.
