Sharon Krueger

Sharon Krueger is an experienced leader in human resources and administrative operations, currently serving as the Director of Leadership Development at Chapman University since March 2020, where Sharon drives leadership development initiatives and manages a team of specialists. Prior to this, Sharon held key roles at Chapman University School of Pharmacy from January 2014 to March 2020, managing significant budgets and leading various operational projects. Their career at Chapman University began in February 2008, with roles that included providing oversight for administrative operations and transforming budget management processes. Sharon holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Brandman University and a BA in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University.
