Debbie Prichard

Debbie Prichard, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, currently serves as the Regional Manager of Employee Relations at Chapters Health System since December 2023. Prior to this role, Debbie Prichard was the Director of Staff Engagement at Hope HealthCare Services from August 2006 to March 2024. Additional experience includes serving as the Office Team Division Director at Robert Half International from 2002 to 2006, VP and Director of Human Resources at Fifth Third Bank from August 2001 to March 2003, VP and Director of Human Resources at Atlantic States Bank from June 1999 to March 2001, and AVP Recruitment Manager at Bank of America from 1983 to 1999. Debbie Prichard holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Barry University.
