Miguel Lizardo

Miguel Lizardo, MD has a diverse work experience in the medical field. Miguel started their career in 2006 as a Hospitalist at EmCare, where they worked until 2007. From 2008 to 2017, Miguel worked as a Hospitalist at UMass Memorial Health Care. In 2017, they joined the University of South Florida as a Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellow, a role they held until 2018. Currently, Miguel serves as the Medical Director HPH Hospice at Chapters Health System since 2018.

From 1992 to 1998, Miguel Lizardo, MD, attended Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra, where they obtained their Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree.
