Calli Cantrell

Calli Cantrell, BSW, CDP, CADDCT, CFRDT, serves as the Chief Experience Officer at Chapters Living since June 2023. Prior to this role, Cantrell was the Executive Director at Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC. from June 2021 to June 2023, and held the position of Assistant Administrator at Heritage Woods from January 2020 to June 2021. Earlier experience includes serving as the Memory Support Assisted Living Director at Monarch Landing from May 2018 to January 2020, and various roles at Sunrise Senior Living from April 2011 to May 2018, including Lead Care Manager and Assisted Living Coordinator. Cantrell holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work and an MBA from Aurora University, as well as an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Waubonsee Community College.
