Riley Smith serves as the Executive Chef at Charcoal Group of Restaurants, overseeing The Bauer Kitchen, The Bauer Bakery, Wildcraft Grill + Long Bar, and Wildcraft Wherever Catering since September 2017. Previously, Riley held the position of Chef De Cuisine at both Wildcraft Grill + Long Bar and Beertown Public House, earning recognition as Chef of the Year for the Charcoal Group in Fiscal 2020. Prior experience includes serving as Head Chef at Moxie's Grill & Bar, where leadership skills were demonstrated during significant sales fluctuations and operational challenges, and as Culinary Supervisor and Line/Prep Cook in earlier roles at various restaurants.
