Dev Ashish Aneja

Dev Ashish Aneja has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Dev Ashish currently holds the position of Vice President at C4V, a new energy corporate venture capital fund focused on investing in early-stage battery value chain technologies in India and the USA. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Auto, EV, and Batteries at Invest India from 2020 to 2022. In this role, they played a key role in promoting and supporting the automotive, electric vehicle, and battery sectors in India.

Before joining Invest India, Dev Ashish Aneja worked at Hero Group, an Indian industrial conglomerate, as a Senior Strategy Manager from 2017 to 2019. During their time there, they led various strategic initiatives, including managing a joint venture for electric vehicle batteries, coordinating partnership discussions with technology companies from South Korea, Japan, and China, and overseeing a team of direct reports and subsidiary.

Prior to their tenure at Hero Group, they worked as a Senior Consultant at EY from 2016 to 2017, providing strategic consulting services. Dev Ashish also gained valuable experience as a Strategy Manager at JBM Group from 2012 to 2016, focusing on strategic planning and business development.

Dev Ashish Aneja has a diverse education history. Dev Ashish holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree from Punjab Engineering College. In 2015 to 2016, they pursued further education at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, focusing on Entrepreneurship, Innovation & Leadership. In 2017, Dev obtained a Charter from the Institute for Mergers, Acquisitions and Alliances (IMAA), specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions. Dev Ashish also completed a course on Electric Cars Introduction (MOOC) at Delft University of Technology in 2018. Dev is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Nanyang Business School. Dev Ashish has obtained additional certifications, including Financial Accounting and Mathematics for Management from Harvard Business Publishing in 2019, as well as an International Mergers & Acquisitions Expert (IM&A) certification from IMAA in 2017.
