Ronit Haver-Gold

Ronit Haver-Gold has a strong background in human resources, with extensive experience in global HR roles. Starting in 1999, they began their career at Agentics as an HR Manager, where they worked until 2001. Ronit then moved to Infineon Flash as an HR Manager until 2005. From 2005 to 2014, Ronit worked at Comverse Technology, Inc., initially as a Director, HRBP, and later as Director, HRBP (Mt. laurel, NJ based). In 2014, they joined Mavenir as AVP, HRBP, and later became AVP, Head of lsrael HR until 2017. Ronit then worked at Attenti from 2017 to 2021, serving as Global VP HR. Currently, they hold the position of Global VP HR at Augwind Energy and will be transitioning to the same role at ChargeAfter in 2023.

Ronit Haver-Gold holds a Master of Arts degree in Labor Studies from Tel Aviv University.
