Appoorva Venkatesan

Appoorva Venkatesan started their work experience as an intern at LifeCell International Pvt.Ltd in 2017. Appoorva then interned at AGS Entertainment in 2018, where they gained experience in finance, account maintenance, and social media marketing. In 2016, Appoorva founded Lemonade, a successful start-up for women accessories and handmade items. Appoorva received the 'Best Entrepreneur Award' in 2019 for this venture. From 2019 to 2022, they worked as a Lead Assurance Associate at Ernst & Young. Currently, they hold the position of Finance Executive at Chargebee starting in 2022.

Appoorva Venkatesan completed a Bachelor of Commerce - BCom (Honours) degree in Accounting (Honours) from Career For Women during the period of 2016-2019. Prior to that, Appoorva attended Padma Seshadri Bala Bhavan Sr. Sec. School from 2001-2016, studying Business/Commerce, General. In terms of additional certifications, Appoorva obtained the EY Better Me - Curiosity - Bronze certification, EY Better Me - Wellbeing - Bronze certification, and EY Better Me - Curiosity - Learning certification, all from EY, in the year 2021.
