Ariela D Bitran Rich has a diverse work experience in the field of pricing strategy and revenue management. Ariela D is currently working as the Director of Pricing Strategy at Chargebee since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Cox Automotive Inc., where they held the role of Senior Pricing Strategy Manager from February 2019 to March 2022. In this role, they led and implemented multi-channel GTM strategy and developed the company's first dynamic pricing strategy. Ariela also gained experience in the aviation industry while working at LAN Airlines. Ariela D served as a Senior Leisure Analyst from January 2013 to July 2014, where they analyzed consumer demand behavior and executed strategies to maximize revenue for U.S. leisure passengers. Ariela D also worked as a Senior Revenue Management Analyst from January 2012 to January 2013, where they played a key role in the post-merger revenue management integration group. Additionally, they worked as a Commercial Analyst from January 2011 to December 2011. In this role, they contributed to determining the most profitable cross-section of passengers for each international route.

Ariela D Bitran Rich pursued their education from 2005 to 2010 at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Ariela D received a B.Sc. degree in Commercial Engineering and Business Administration with a field of study in Finance/Economics. Later, from 2015 to 2017, Ariela attended Emory University - Goizueta Business School as a Goetz Scholar, where they obtained an M.B.A. degree with concentrations in Management and Strategy.
