Banu Bhaskar

Banu Bhaskar has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and companies. Banu started their career as an intern at People First in 2005. Banu then worked as a core member in the Chennai chapter of People First from 2006 to 2008, where they trained and coached students, led teams, and managed operations.

In 2009, Banu joined Alchemy Career Solutions Pvt Ltd as a Training & Client Manager. Banu conducted training sessions for senior managers, identified training needs, and designed and developed training programs.

From 2012 to 2017, Banu worked at Alchemy India Training Services Pvt Ltd as an HR & Operations Manager. Banu aligned the organization's processes towards strategic targets, established structures, and optimized efficiency.

In 2017, Banu joined CMS Talent Development as an HR Manager/Project Manager. Banu implemented a new talent acquisition strategy, conducted campus drives, increased hiring ratios, and managed a technical training team.

Currently, Banu Bhaskar is working at Chargebee since 2019, in the role of Onboarding | Learning & Development.

Banu Bhaskar has a diverse education history with a focus on various fields. Banu started their education in 2004 at Madras Christian College, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Microbiology, General. After completing their bachelor's degree in 2007, they continued their education in the field of Human Resource Management by pursuing a Master's degree in Social Work at D.G.Vaishnav College from 2007 to 2009. In parallel, they also studied Psychology at the University of Madras, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree from 2005 to 2008. Later in 2014, they took a short-term course in Modern Application Development at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, focusing on Information Technology.
