Caitlin Cready

Caitlin Cready's work experience begins in 2012 as an Educator in Public Schools at Alief ISD. Caitlin then transitioned to Yelp in 2017, where they served as a Multi-Loc Sales Enablement, contributing to the development of sales training programs and enhancing the customer experience. In 2019, they became a Senior Account Executive & Sales Manager at Yelp, utilizing their sales and management skills. In 2020, Caitlin joined Chargebee as the Global Head of Revenue, Professional Services & Customer Enablement. Their responsibilities in this role are not provided. Additionally, in 2020, they became a member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD). In 2021, Caitlin expanded their professional network by becoming an Executive Member at Pavilion, a member of the Sales Enablement Collective, and a member of RevOps Co-op. Caitlin also joined the University of California, Riverside as an Advisory Board Member for the Design Thinking Executive Program, where they support faculty and program managers in delivering relevant offerings and strengthening the program's mission.

Caitlin Cready obtained a Bachelor's degree in Education from Penn State University. Caitlin also participated in a Kusun Drumming & Dancing Study Tour through the University of Idaho, which was conducted at the University of Ghana, focusing on African Studies. In 2021, Caitlin enrolled in the Design Thinking Executive Program at the University of California, Riverside.
