David Garsia

Manager, Customer Success – EMEA & APAC Enterprise at Chargebee

David Garsia has extensive work experience in customer success and account management roles. David currently works at Chargebee as the Manager of Customer Success for EMEA and APAC Enterprise. In this role, they are responsible for hiring and managing senior customer success managers across Europe, India, and Australia.

Prior to their role at Chargebee, David worked at Stripe as an Account Manager for the UK and Ireland, where they served as a strategic technical consultant to enterprises, partnering with stakeholders on long-term growth strategies and optimizing the use of Stripe's online payment solutions.

Before Stripe, David worked at Twitter as a Senior Account Manager for the Netherlands and Emerging Markets. David was responsible for managing newer EMEA markets, including Scandinavia, Russia, the Baltics, and Eastern Europe. David focused on mobile app developers in these markets and worked with clients such as Shpock, Pixonic, Apalon, Zeptolab, and KamaGames.

Prior to Twitter, David worked at redcoon Benelux B.V. as a Marketing Manager for the Benelux and Denmark regions. David developed and executed successful marketing campaigns, including one around the UEFA Euro 2012 soccer championship. David also served as an all-round customer service representative at redcoon.

David's early work experience includes teaching English at Centro Colombo Americano Bucaramanga.

David Garsia's education history begins with their completion of Atheneum (pre-academic secondary education) with a focus on Economie & Maatschappij (Economics & Society) at Zwijsen College Veghel from 1997 to 2003. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Studies from Tilburg University, graduating in 2006. David then furthered their education at Tilburg University and obtained a Master of Science degree in International Business (Marketing) with distinction from 2007 to 2009.

In addition to their formal education, David Garsia has also obtained additional certifications. In January 2023, they earned a Wijnvignet SDEN-niveau 1 certification from the Stichting Dranken Examens en Normering (SDEN). Furthermore, in March 2013, they completed a User Training Web & Mobile Analytics certification from AT Internet.
