Lakin Hutchings has over 8 years of experience in customer success management and account development. They later became a Customer Success Manager, building relationships with clients and securing contract renewals. In their most recent role at Domo, Lakin served as Customer Success Operations, working closely with various departments to ensure customer needs were met. They are currently working at Chargebee as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager.

Lakin Hutchings began their education journey at Utah Valley University, where they pursued an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in General Studies from 2008 to 2010. Following this, they went on to attend Utah State University from 2010 to 2013. At Utah State University, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
