Madhumitha Mani

Madhumitha Mani started their work experience at Goldman Sachs in 2008 as an Analyst, where they worked until 2010. In 2012, they interned at Hay Group and then at Greenpeace in 2013. Madhumitha joined Oracle as a Human Resources Executive from May 2013 to June 2014. From December 2014 to September 2016, they worked at Microsoft as an HR Operations Associate. Madhumitha then served as an HR Business Partner at Ford Motor Company from September 2016 to November 2017. Madhumitha continued their career as an HR Business Partner at Citi from January 2018 to December 2019. Currently, Madhumitha is working at Chargebee as a Senior People Success Manager - Projects and Operations, a position they have held since December 2019.

Madhumitha Mani completed their education in a chronological sequence. Madhumitha first attended Padma Seshadri Bala Bhavan Senior Secondary School from 1990 to 2005, where they obtained a High School Diploma with a focus on Business/Commerce. After that, they attended Stella Maris College from 2005 to 2008 and earned a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree. Moving forward, in 2005, they also enrolled in The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, but no specific degree or field of study was mentioned. Later, they attended Loyola Institute of Business Administration from 2010 to 2011, where they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. Madhumitha then returned to Loyola Institute of Business Administration from 2011 to 2013 to pursue a PGDM degree in the same field of study.

In addition to their formal education, they have earned two additional certifications. In March 2020, they completed the "Introduction to Psychology" certification from Coursera. More recently, in November 2021, they obtained the "People analytics specialist" certification from AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR.
