Global Director – Customer Experience at Chargebee

Manish M has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Manish began their career in 2012 as a Software Engineer at Novell, where they worked on developing mobile file sharing apps for enterprises. In 2014, they co-founded protoverse 3D solutions.

In 2016, Manish joined Belong.co as a Customer Success Manager for Enterprise Accounts. Manish later became the Head of Customer Success, Ops, and Strategy, where they managed a team of 18 members and implemented strategies to enhance customer success, such as software implementation and transforming the team into a proactive and data-driven one.

In 2018, Manish joined LinkedIn as a Senior Customer Success Manager within the Connected Enterprise Group, where they worked with global accounts to address their business objectives. Manish later became the Global Customer Success Lead for Global Accounts, responsible for the retention of over $8 million worth of revenue. Manish led a team of six Customer Success Managers located in various regions and collaborated with cross-functional teams to develop success plans aligned with clients' strategic goals.

Currently, Manish is working at Chargebee as the Global Director of Customer Experience, where they are responsible for building the CX function and collaborating with various teams to improve the customer experience, reduce complexity, and increase ROI. Manish collects and analyzes customer insights to make data-driven improvements at scale.

Manish M has a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Telecommunications Engineering from B. M. S. College of Engineering. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including Business Process Improvement from the Project Management Institute in October 2020, Customer Experience: Journey Mapping from LinkedIn in October 2020, Managing a Cross-Functional Team from LinkedIn in October 2020, Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn in August 2020, Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn in June 2020, Excel: Advanced Formulas and Functions from LinkedIn in March 2020, and Selling to Executives from LinkedIn in September 2018.
