Rebecca Grossman

Director, Global Customer Marketing at Chargebee

Rebecca Grossman has extensive experience in marketing and customer advocacy roles. Rebecca is currently working at Chargebee as a Global Customer Marketing Leader starting in December 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Customer and Partner Marketing at Tackle.io from August 2021 to August 2022. In this role, they built the customer and partner marketing function from scratch and led customer lifecycle marketing efforts, customer advocacy work, and online events to engage with customers and increase leads.

Before Tackle.io, Rebecca worked at OutSystems as a Customer Voice Team Contractor from March 2021 to August 2021. In this position, they focused on building, managing, and growing advocacy efforts for IT decision makers in enterprise organizations. Rebecca worked cross-functionally with CSMs and Account Owners to identify and onboard key IT decision makers and launched initiatives to increase engagement with ambassadors.

Rebecca also held various roles at Endurance International Group from 2014 to 2020. This includes serving as the Director of Customer Lifecycle Management, where they developed differentiated experiences for high-value customers. Rebecca also worked as the Director of Product Marketing, Strategic Initiatives, where they oversaw revenue driving product and service cross-sell offerings and launched the Marketing Advisor Program. Additionally, they served as the Director of Solution Provider and Field Marketing, focusing on partner recruitment and engagement.

Prior to their time at Endurance International Group, Rebecca worked at Constant Contact from 2011 to 2014. Rebecca held the role of Senior Manager, Solution Provider Marketing, and Marketing Manager, Customer Lifecycle Marketing. In these positions, they led customer marketing programs, leveraged marketing automation tools, and implemented multi-channel communication strategies.

Rebecca began their career at Sallie Mae as the Upromise Segment Marketing Manager from 2006 to 2011. Rebecca directed marketing campaigns and analyzed member engagement to increase Upromise members' college savings. Rebecca also worked at Bose Corporation as a Channel Marketing Manager and Channel Marketing Associate, where they focused on increasing sales through advertising and promotions and managing direct mail business.

Throughout their career, Rebecca has demonstrated a strong track record in marketing, customer advocacy, and building successful customer and partner programs.

Rebecca Grossman holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Consumer Economics from Cornell University. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in various areas such as Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging from LinkedIn in April 2021, Selling with Stories (Part 1 and Part 2) from LinkedIn in January 2021, Virtual Events from Drift in February 2021, and Conversational Marketing from Drift in December 2020.
