Ruth A. Hrubala

Ruth A. Hrubala has extensive work experience as an Executive Assistant and Chief of Staff in various companies. Their most recent role (starting in 2022) is as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer at Chargebee. Prior to that, they worked at Pearson Advisors || Partners from 2020-2022 as a Senior Executive Assistant and Chief of Staff to the President & CEO, where they served as the primary liaison with Fortune 1000 executives.

From 2019-2020, they held the position of Senior Executive Assistant to the Co-Founder & CEO at Pie Insurance. During their tenure, they were recognized with the Company Trust Award for outstanding operations and budget management, as well as for developing marketing and employee retention campaigns. Ruth A. also played a key role in managing the administration team responsible for group executives and board directors.

From 2016-2018, they worked as a Senior Executive Assistant to the CFO at CoStar Group, where they facilitated increased employee engagement and satisfaction as the Co-Chair of the Finance & Facilities Employee Experience Committee. Prior to that, they held positions as a Senior Executive Assistant to the Global Leader of International Income Tax and Transfer at Ryan from 2009-2011 and as a Senior Executive Assistant to the President & CEO at Zyman Group from 2006-2009. Ruth A. also worked as an Executive and Personal Assistant to the President & CEO at IDI from 2003-2006, where they managed business development proposals, planned company meetings, and successfully relocated a signature annual event.

Throughout their career, Ruth has demonstrated skills in administrative support, project management, budget management, event planning, and employee engagement.

Ruth A. Hrubala obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Fashion Merchandising with a minor in Marketing from The University of Alabama. In addition, they completed the Conference and Meeting Management Certification Program at The University of Georgia in November 2010.
