Santhosh Taluri has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Santhosh currently holds the position of Senior Customer Success Manager - Enterprise at Chargebee, starting in June 2021. Before joining Chargebee, they worked at Freshworks for four years, from 2017 to 2021. At Freshworks, they held various roles, including Senior Product Consultant - Presales (November 2019 to June 2021), Product Consultant - Presales (June 2018 to November 2019), and Sales Operations Executive (January 2017 to May 2018). Prior to Freshworks, they worked as an Application Development Analyst at Accenture from August 2015 to December 2016.

Santhosh Taluri obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Information Technology from Meenakshi Sundararajan Engineering College. Santhosh attended the college from 2011 to 2015. Additionally, they hold a certification in UX Foundations: Research from LinkedIn, which they obtained in August 2021.
