Yanyan S.

Yanyan S. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Currently, they are working as a Research Operations Coordinator at Chargebee since January 2022.

Before that, they worked as an Operations Specialist at DFI from June 2021 to December 2021. In this role, they collaborated with sales and provided daily support for sales activities. Yanyan also managed supply chain management, processed purchase procedures, handled sales orders and tracked lead times, managed inventory, and optimized processes. Additionally, they maintained the customers database and created sales forecast reports while working closely with the Finance team.

Prior to that, Yanyan worked at the International Water Association from 2014 to 2020. Their roles included Manager of Membership Development and Analytics from October 2018 to December 2020, Specialist Groups Officer from July 2015 to September 2018, and Support Officer from January 2014 to June 2015.

Yanyan also has experience working at the National ITS Center, Ministry of Transport, China. As a Project Coordinator/Event Manager from December 2005 to June 2010, they liaised with clients, managed multiple projects, ensured effective deliverables, developed strategic plans, and maintained excellent relationships with stakeholders. Yanyan was also responsible for pre-event planning, on-site personnel training, and post-event reporting. Prior to that, they worked as a Marketing and Communication Officer from April 2004 to December 2005, where they handled incoming calls and emails, coordinated departments, maintained communication with stakeholders, managed files and confidential information, and promoted ITS through travel and event participation.

Yanyan S. attended the Capital University of Economics and Business from 2000 to 2004, majoring in International Trade. Afterwards, from 2011 to 2012, Yanyan pursued studies in the field of IDE at The Hague University of Applied Sciences.
