Alon Weiss

Alon Weiss is an experienced technology executive currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Chargeflow since June 2023. Prior to this role, Alon spent nearly eight years at SeaLights, where responsibilities included Engineering Group Manager, leading the Data Collection team, and contributing as Head of Innovation and Chief Software Architect. Alon also held significant positions at Varonis Systems, where leadership roles included Group Leader and Software Architect, and played a key role in several product teams. Early career highlights include co-founding Coderun, a web-based IDE platform, and serving as a Senior Web Developer at Galor. Alon holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Innovation and a BA in Computer Science from Reichman University.
