Diana Rivera Esquivel

Diana Rivera Esquivel is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as HR Director for Charger Logistics Inc. since July 2019, Diana has also held positions as Senior Human Resources Manager and HR Supervisor within the company. Prior to this, Diana worked at Praxair from January 2015 to July 2019 as Talent Acquisition Leader and as an Analista de reclutamiento y seleccion. Diana’s earlier experience includes recruitment and selection roles at Baxter and as an intern at Praxair. Educational qualifications include a degree in Psychology with a focus on Human Resources Management from Universidad del Valle de México, an MBA specializing in Human Capital, and a recent certification in Leadership and Empowerment from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
