Head of Customer Success at Chargetrip

Lorena Smienk has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Lorena started their career as an Administrative Assistant at Tanis Food Tec, where they worked from 2013 to 2016, focusing on administrative tasks and assisting in the implementation of a new purchasing system.

In 2016, Lorena worked as a Production Assistant at Groen Brothers Productions, where they contributed to the production of sketches for the Dutch children's show 'Het Klokhuis'. Lorena'sresponsibilities included arranging locations, managing schedules, and coordinating with actors.

Following their time at Groen Brothers, Lorena worked as a Kitchen Hand at Restaurant Applause for four years. Lorena supported the small team in daily operations and customer service.

In 2019, Lorena joined Codam Coding College as a Student and member of the Codam Assistant Team. Lorena assisted in maintaining the performance and quality of the college's programs.

From 2020 to the present, Lorena has been working at Chargetrip, an API-based SaaS platform that provides smart navigation and route planning for electric vehicles. Lorena started as a Software Engineer Intern, contributing to API design and development. Lorena then transitioned to the role of API Integration Engineer, focusing on improving the end-user experience and creating resources for integrators. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Customer Success, where they define the vision and values of customer success, builds long-lasting relationships with clients, and contributes to the growth and support of the company.

Lorena Smienk began their education in 2012 at HKU (Hogeschool voor de Kunsten Utrecht), where they studied Fine Art and Photography. Lorena then attended the University of Amsterdam from 2013 to 2016, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Media en Cultuur. Most recently, Lorena attended Codam College from 2019 to 2022, although no specific degree or field of study is provided for this period.
