Laurence Drezet

Laurence Drezet's work experience includes serving as the Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources at Chargeurs since April 2021. In this role, Laurence leads the HR and CSR department, implementing robust strategies and supporting the business across various markets. Additionally, Laurence acts as the Chief Compliance Officer for Chargeurs.

Prior to joining Chargeurs, Laurence worked as the Head of Human Resources and CSR at MINAKEM from October 2014 to March 2021. In this role, Laurence implemented a global HR strategy and managed day-to-day HR activities for the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and agro industries. Laurence was also a member of the Executive Committee for the Business Unit dedicated to the pharmaceutical sector.

Before MINAKEM, Laurence served as the Human Resources, SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment), and Communication Director at Caterpillar Inc. from 2012 to 2014. Additionally, Laurence held the position of Divisional Human Resources Manager at Fives from 2003 to 2012, Human Resources Manager at Unilog from 1999 to 2003, and HR and Payroll Officer at Photomaton from 1996 to 1999.

Laurence Drezet has a Master 2 degree in Human Resources Development from IGS-RH. They also have a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences (demography) from the University of Strasbourg / France. In addition, Laurence has obtained a certification in Yello Belt Six Sigma in 2014. They have also completed a program in Executive Assistant for Administration & Human Resources from NOVANCIA BUSINESS SCHOOL PARIS.
