Brian Armentrout has over two decades of work experience in various industries. In 2010-2012, they worked as a Marketing Director for EDF Renewables North America where they led marketing for national residential and commercial solar PV engineering and construction. Then they worked as a Sr. Marketing Director, Americas for ReneSola Ltd. in the solar panel industry. In 2014, they became the Marketing Director of NRG Business where they implemented VOC strategy to understand the energy and gas usage habits of existing customers. Armentrout also has several years of experience in the media industry where they worked as an Anchor/Reporter at ABC News and as a Bureau Chief/Reporter at KSBY TV. Currently, they are working with 174 Power Global and their retail subsidiary Chariot Energy as a Senior Director of Marketing (Hanwha Energy) where they are focused on transforming the way power is delivered to the Texas grid through the development of utility-scale solar projects.
From 1997 to 2000, Brian Armentrout attended Iowa State University where they earned a Bachelor in Arts Degree in Journalism and Mass Communications.
