Derek Ray-Hill

Derek Ray-Hill has a diverse work history in various roles. Derek started their career in marketing and business development at 4C Associates before transitioning to roles at BBC Worldwide Learning, Stepstone Solutions, and the International Visual Communication Association. Derek later held positions at Film Education and Charities Aid Foundation, where they managed corporate accounts and led teams. In recent years, Derek has taken on roles at London First, Cities Restart, Charities Aid Foundation, and Police Care UK, where they served as a Director, Founder, and Chair, respectively. Derek'sexperience spans across marketing, communications, fundraising, and leadership roles in the non-profit and business sectors.

Derek Ray-Hill completed their GCSEs in Maths AO at Rugby School from 1987 to 1990. Derek then pursued a DEC in Social Sciences at Marianopolis College from 1990 to 1992. Derek went on to earn a BA with Distinction in Politics & Media Studies from Concordia University from 1992 to 1996.
