Natasha Breen (nee Campbell) has over 20 years of work experience. Natasha began their career in 1997 as an HR Assistant at Hammond Suddards. Natasha then moved on to Shearman & Sterling LLP in 1999 as an HR Business Partner. In 2002, they joined QBE as an HR Consultant, and then moved to Xchanging PLC in 2005 as HR Director. In 2010, they took a Career Break for Maternity Leave. Natasha then joined The Collinson Group in 2013 as an Interim HR Manager. From 2011-2014, they were a Board Director (Voluntary) at St. George's Children's Community Project. Finally, from 2014-present, they have been the Director of Human Resources and Head of Human Resources at Charity Bank.
Natasha Breen (nee Campbell) began their educational journey at Bennett Memorial School in Tunbridge Wells, where they earned their GCSE's from 1986 to 1991. Natasha then moved on to West Kent College in Tonbridge, where they completed their A Levels in English Literature, Sociology, Psychology, and French between 1991 and 1993. After that, they attended the University of North London and earned a BA (Hons) in Human Resource Management & Marketing from 1993 to 1997. Finally, they attended London Metropolitan University, where they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from 2001 to 2002.
