Jay Muthukamatchi

Jay Muthukamatchi has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Jay began their career as a Programmer Analyst at Orient International, where they were involved in testing and selecting accounting and inventory management software. Jay then joined NIIT as a Programmer Analyst, responsible for testing and selecting application development tools and developing design documents for offshore clients.

In 1992, they joined Syntel Inc as an Analyst/Programmer, where they collaborated with client managers and leads to coordinate system development, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement. Jay played a key role in developing target architecture, technical requirements, and design documents.

Jay joined Deloitte Consulting/DRT Systems in 1994 as a Data Exchange System Lead Analyst/Senior Consultant. Jay built and executed detailed work plans for a development team supporting multiple business models. Jay also coordinated activities with client managers, application development teams, and various other stakeholders.

In 1999, Jay joined JPMorgan Chase, initially as a Development/Project Manager, responsible for creating cost models, implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with architecture governing policies. Jay then served as the Quality Assurance Program Manager, creating cost models, implementing process improvements, and managing development teams. After that, they became a Technology Program Manager/Senior Project Manager, where they managed complex matrix projects and established project structures for industry compliance releases.

Jay then worked as a Technical Project Manager/Consultant at Citigroup- Global Transaction Services Technology, where they managed multiple concurrent public sector payment transaction processing projects and provided technical leadership and support.

In 2010, Jay joined LL Investments Group LLC as a Business and Technology Manager. Jay established and managed the investment advisory small business technology environment and offshore investment research team. Jay also ensured compliance with IRS, state regulators, and FINRA, and supported audits.

In 2012, Jay returned to TD Bank Group as a Project Manager, responsible for performing business line project management functions and delivering project documentation and progress reports. Jay worked with various levels of management, functional teams, partners, and vendors.

In 2015, Jay founded Charity Crossing Inc, where they served as the Founder and Board of Director. Jay dedicated their time to charitable work and philanthropic initiatives.

Throughout their career, Jay has demonstrated strong leadership, project management, and technical skills.

Jay Muthukamatchi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Madras University, which they obtained from 1982 to 1985. Jay also has a Diploma in Software Programming from DSRC Institute in 1991. In 1995 to 1998, Jay pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration at Duquesne University. Additionally, they completed an MBA degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the same university during the same period. Furthermore, they received a Project Management Professional certification in Information Technology Project Management from Project Management Institute in 1999. Jay also acquired a Cobol Programming qualification from NIIT in 1986.
