Lynette Jones

Lynette Jones is the learning and development manager at Charles Aris Executive Search, helping advance the firm’s growth by developing onboarding training and supplemental learning resources.

Prior to joining Charles Aris, Lynette served as a realtor and Director of Training for Carolina Expansion Partners. She also served as a trainer and curriculum designer for AT&T Mobility for 12 years.

Lynette earned her bachelor’s degree in journalism and mass communications at North Carolina A&T State University in Greensboro, North Carolina.
