6th Grade Science Teacher And Experiential Education Coordinator at Charles Armstrong School

Kat Luck has held various roles in the education and outdoors industries since 2010. In 2010, they were an Assistant Camp Counselor and Assistant Instructor at One Martial Arts. In 2015, they were a Sales Assistant at California Canoe & Kayak, Inc. From 2016 to 2019, they held various roles at Eckerd College, including Conference Aide and at Charles Armstrong School, including Director of Outdoor Education, Small Group Math Instructor, Lead Science Teacher and Science Support Teacher. Since 2018, they have been a Naturalist at Tree Frog Treks, co-leading a camp that introduces children to a variety of science topics while encouraging a strong relationship with nature.

Kat Luck attended Eckerd College from 2014 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Environmental Studies. In 2021, they obtained certifications in the Wilson Reading System, Responsive Classroom, and American Safety & Health Institute's CPR, AED, and Basic First Aid.
