In 2004, they co-founded Fusion408 and was a consistent top producer for 8 years. In 2015, they became the Managing Director at The Bellum Group, LLC. Finally, in 2017, they founded Charles Brown Recruitment, where they serve as CEO and Founder. Theirgoal is to help people achieve success through quality and talking to the right people.
