Anne Butler

Anne Butler has extensive experience in various roles and industries. Anne has served as a Board Director at Charles & Colvard, Ltd. since 2012. In the same year, they became the Managing Partner of Butler Advisors. From 2015 to 2019, Anne held roles at AdvoCare International, including Board Director and Vice Chairman. Anne also worked as a Senior Global Advisor at Humantelligence from 2013 to 2014. Anne's involvement with the Direct Selling Education Foundation from 2011 to 2014 allowed their to educate the public on direct selling opportunities, particularly for women. Anne joined Blyth Inc. in 2007 and held positions as a Senior Advisor and Vice-President until 2014. In 2012, Anne served as the Interim CEO of Lulu Avenue, where they successfully increased revenues and sold the company to Yanbal. Anne was a Vice Chairman and Board Director at the Direct Selling Association from 2009 to 2012 and played pivotal roles in hosting annual meetings, advocating for direct sellers, and approving new members. Anne served as a Board Director at ViSalus Sciences from 2009 to 2012, contributing to their significant revenue growth. Lastly, they held the position of President at PartyLite Worldwide from 1999 to 2012. During their tenure, they oversaw international expansion, launched transactional websites, and mentored key talent. Additionally, they successfully positioned PartyLite as a leading global direct sales candle company.

Anne Butler completed their education in a chronological order. In 1967, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Boston College (NC). Following that, from 1974 to 1976, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree specializing in Marketing from Fordham Gabelli School of Business. Lastly, in 2015, Anne attended a program called "Compensation Committees: New Challenges, New Solutions" at the Harvard Business School for Executive Education.
