Marissa Briston

Marissa Briston has a diverse background in the field of international education, marketing, and events management. Marissa began their career at Desliens Conference & Event Management as an Event Manager from 2003 to 2006. Marissa then worked as a Sales Consultant at Telstra in 2006-2007. Marissa later transitioned to Charles Darwin University, where they held various roles including Marketing Events Officer from 2007 to 2009, Manager of Student Recruitment & Events from 2009 to 2023, and currently serves as the Associate Director of International Operations and Partnerships starting in 2023. Their experience demonstrates a strong blend of leadership, marketing, and operational skills.

Marissa Briston completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) at Charles Darwin University from 2000 to 2004. In 2012, they earned a Certificate IV in Career Development from TAFE South Australia. Marissa also attended O'Loughlin Catholic College from 1994 to 1999.
