Luke Burge

Project Manager at CPPI

Luke Burge has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Luke started their career as a Commercial Driving Instructor at Danville Area Community College in 2001 and then transitioned to the role of Operations Manager at Ravens Trucking, Inc. in 2003. In 2008, Luke became the President and Owner of Bruens & Burge Construction & Remodeling, where they served for a decade. In 2018, they worked as a Preconstruction Intern at Thompson Thrift. Luke then gained experience as an Assistant Project Manager at BBI Construction Management, Inc. from 2019 to 2021. Currently, they are employed at Charles Perry Partners, Inc. as an Assistant Project Manager and is expected to progress into the role of Project Manager starting in January 2023.

Luke Burge completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management with a minor in Sustainability at Indiana State University from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, in 2015, they obtained an HVAC Certificate from Danville Area Community College/Danville Junior College. In 1994, Luke Burge also obtained a Certificate in Autobody/Collision and Repair Technology/Technician from Wyotech-Laramie.

Luke Burge has also obtained several additional certifications. In June 2022, they obtained certifications in Budget, Change Order, Cost, RFIs, and Submittals from Autodesk. In December 2018, they became Procore Certified in various project management roles, including Project Manager (Construction Financials), Project Manager (Core Tools), Project Manager (Field Productivity), Project Manager (Project Management), Project Manager (Quality & Safety), Subcontractor, and Superintendent, all through Procore Technologies. Luke also holds an OSHA 30 certification from the University of South Florida, obtained in June 2018, and completed a 10-Hr OSHA Training for the Construction Industry from the same institution in May 2018.
