Chad Holmes

Chad Holmes is the Chief Corporate Development Officer and Executive Vice President at Charles River Associates. Chad has over 25 years of experience in management consulting and has worked with clients across a range of industries on strategic, economic, and financial issues. Prior to joining Charles River Associates, Chad was a Vice President at InteCap, Inc., where they evaluated potential acquisition targets to augment the company’s organic growth and broaden its array of service offerings. Chad also served as an Associate at IPC Group, LLC, where they advised clients on economic, valuation, and strategy issues related to intellectual property and complex commercial litigation.

Chad Holmes has a MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Economics from the University of Notre Dame.

Chad Holmes reports to Paul Maleh, President, CEO and Chairman of the Board. They work with Jennifer Kordell - CHRO, Dave Kistler - VP, CIO, and Daniel Mahoney - Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President, and Treasurer.
