Rachel Ziff

Rachel Ziff is an Associate at Charles River Associates since July 2023, previously serving as an Analyst. Rachel's experience also includes a position as a Summer Intern at Nova Power Solutions, where responsibility encompassed the full life cycle of customer order management. Prior to this, Rachel interned at EBMS, focusing on client experience in the healthcare sector, and at AutoZone, where contributions included creating training documentation and developing a PowerApp for the new headquarters. Starting their career as a Hostess at Baker's Crust, Rachel demonstrated strong customer service skills. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with minors in Chemistry and Data Analysis from Wesleyan University, along with an Advanced Diploma from Riverside High School.
