Andrea Lynch, RN, BSN, has extensive nursing experience spanning from 1990 to the present. Currently serving as a Therapeutic Services Nurse and Adult Family Care RN at Charles River Center since May 2016, Andrea coordinates health care supports and develops individualized plans of care for participants. In addition, Andrea functions as a Charge Nurse at Timothy Daniels Rehab and Skilled Nursing Facility since November 2015, overseeing nursing activities and ensuring resident care and safety. Previous roles include RN at Maxim Healthcare and PCA at MetroWest Medical Center, as well as caregiving positions that emphasize client safety and communication. Andrea's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Framingham State University and an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing from Massachusetts Bay Community College, complemented by studies in Accounting at Bentley University.

The Charles River Center is a private, nonprofit human service agency headquartered in Needham, Massachusetts, providing employment and job training, residential homes, day habilitation, and recreational programs for children and adults with Down syndrome, autism, cerebral palsy and other developmental disabilities. Founded by a group of parents of children with special needs in 1956, the mission of Charles River has always been to improve the quality of life by helping each individual with a developmental disability achieve his or her highest possible level of independence so that he or she can fully participate, benefit, and become a contributing member of the community. The Charles River Center serves over 950 families from many communities including Needham, Wellesley, Weston, Newton, Dedham, Cambridge, Brighton, Brookline, Framingham, Natick, Westwood, Dover, Waltham, Roslindale, Hyde Park, Roxbury, Watertown, Quincy, Norwood, West Roxbury and many more.
