Kathy Panaro

Kathy Panaro is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial reporting. Currently serving as Vice President and Corporate Controller at Charles River Development since November 2022, Kathy previously held the position of Controller at District Management Group from April 2021 to November 2022, effectively communicating across various business units. With a strong background in all aspects of Accounting & Finance, Human Resources, and digital transformation, Kathy excelled as Controller at EST Associates, Inc. from May 2010 to April 2021. Earlier roles include Project Manager at MDP Associates, Inc., and an Officer at State Street, where responsibilities included managing international system implementations and compliance with GAAS and GAAP. Academically, Kathy holds a Master of Science in Accounting from Bentley University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
