David P. Johst

David P. Johst joined Charles River in 1991 as Corporate Counsel and was named Vice President, Human Resources in 1995. He became Vice President, Human Resources Administration in 1996, and a Senior Vice President in 1999. In 2005, he was named Corporate Executive Vice President. He is currently Corporate Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Chief Administrative Officer, and is responsible for overseeing our Corporate Legal Department and global Regulatory & Quality Assurance groups, as well as several other corporate staff departments. He is a member of the company’s Executive Committee.
