Lianne van Beek

Lianne van Beek is a Senior Scientist at Charles River Laboratories since October 2015. Prior to this role, Lianne worked as a Scientist at the same company. Before joining Charles River Laboratories, Lianne was a PhD student at Leiden University Medical Center from June 2011 to September 2015. During their PhD project, Lianne investigated the role of white adipose tissue inflammation on the development of obesity-related type 2 diabetes mellitus. Lianne received their Master of Science (MSc) in Biomedical Sciences from Radboud University in 2011.
