Roman Grubbs

Roman Grubbs has extensive experience in human resources, training, and organizational development, currently serving as Executive Director of People Experience & Analytics at Charles River Laboratories since June 2018, after holding roles such as Sr. Director of Global Learning & Development and Director of Operations Training. Prior experience includes Director of Recruiting and Corporate Training & Development at MPI Research, and an Adjunct Professor at both Western Michigan University and The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Roman's background also encompasses positions in organizational development and psychiatric rehabilitation, as well as military service as a Chaplain Assistant. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Business Psychology and a Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology, both from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Liberty University.
