Eric Deleon

Eric DeLeon possesses extensive experience in real estate and management, currently serving as a vacation rental operator for FunLake LLC since June 2022, focusing on properties in Michigan, Puerto Vallarta, and Tulum. As a managing member of Deleon Properties since February 2007, Eric evaluates property acquisitions and liquidations while overseeing various projects and agreements. Additionally, Eric has been involved in sales with Charles Rutenberg Realty since 2008 and previously held positions as a field manager at Pacific Pulmonary Services and director of workforce development at City Colleges of Chicago. Eric holds an MBA from National Louis University and a Bachelor of Science in Consumer Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
