Alisa Monroe

Alisa has been with Charles Schwab since 2004, and is currently a Managing Director of the Corporate Functions recruiting team.

In this position she oversees all aspects of employee recruiting including the planning and execution of sourcing and selection needs which meet the demand for talent. She leads an experienced team of Talent Advisors who support our business partners on their talent strategies and managing full life-cycle recruiting needs. In this role she also drive the candidate and hiring manager experience throughout all steps within the recruiting cycle. Finally, Alisa also leads Charles Schwab's learn and grow (talent development training) program.
