Ann M. Yelenick

Ann M. Yelenick is an accomplished organizational development leader currently serving as the Director of Organizational Development in the Office of the President at Charles Schwab since 2022. With extensive experience, Ann also held the role of Director of Organizational Development for Investment Management at Charles Schwab from 2017 to 2021, where responsibilities included leading the development and implementation of learning strategies. Prior to this, Ann worked as Managing Director of Learning and Development at Janus Capital Group, focusing on aligning learning strategies with organizational goals. Earlier roles at Charles Schwab included Sr. Team Manager positions in Learning Project Management and Instructional Design, where Ann managed the design and implementation of various learning programs. Ann holds an MBA and MS in Finance from the University of Colorado Denver, a BA in Business Administration from Colorado College, and has further education from McGill University.
